This is a typical example of an extension which we have recently built using conventional construction methods

Listed below are some construction  methods and materials we use on a regular basis.

Floors - Concrete, Block and beam or Suspended Timber Floor.

Walls - Face brick work with internal block or block and block walls with render finish.

Roofs - Cut and pitch, Gable ended or Hip end roof (with or without rooms above including installation of Dormer Windows) or Flat roofing.

Interiors - Complete finishing service available for extensions, including first and second fix carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Plastering, Tiling, Home Entertainment Systems, Alarms and Computer Data points.
