Listed below are some construction  methods and materials we use on a regular basis

Floors - Concrete, block and beam or suspended timber floor.

Walls - Face brick work with internal block or block and block walls with render finish.

Roofs - Cut and pitch, gable ended or Hip ended roof (with or without rooms above including installation of dormer windows) or flat roofing.

Interiors - Complete finishing service available for extensions, including first and second fix carpentry, plastering and tiling.
